NeoCurrency expanded its Reward Choice gift card selection service to 50 countries and 38 currencies in April 2023, taking the recipient-choice product beyond its initial US rollout. [1]
Recipient choice depends on the local catalogue
The service sends a reward link by email. Recipients then choose from brands available in their country and can allocate the value to one brand or divide it among several. [1]
Programme operators can customise the selection for different audiences and apply their own branding. NeoCurrency said reporting on chosen brands would help clients understand redemption preferences. [1]
The company described substantial catalogues in its largest markets at the time: more than 400 US brands, 150 in Canada, 200 in the UK and 600 across Europe. Availability differs between countries, rather than every recipient seeing the entire international list. [1]

The U.S. bar shows the stated 400-brand threshold; the actual reported catalogue was more than 400, not exactly 400. Canada and UK are printed counts. The separately reported 600 European brands are excluded from this country-only chart because the regional scope overlaps rather than representing another single-country catalogue. Brand overlap across markets prevents summing the bars. Announcement-era supplier claims, not current inventory, recipient adoption or redemption results. Available brands can be further limited by a client’s configured selection.

| Category | Reported reward brands, U.S. lower bound shown |
|---|---|
| United States: more than 400 | 400 brands |
| Canada: 150 | 150 brands |
| United Kingdom: 200 | 200 brands |
The country counts show why a single Reward Choice link does not imply an identical choice in every market. The U.S. figure is a lower bound, while the European figure aggregates a region and therefore belongs outside a country-by-country comparison. The release gives no recipient sample, adoption rate or redemption distribution to establish which assortment performed best. [1]
NeoCurrency said adoption in the US had prompted it to accelerate the international expansion. The product is intended for uses ranging from consumer promotions and loyalty to employee recognition, sales incentives and market research rewards. [1]
