QUO Card has added participating stores at Kobe-Sanda Premium Outlets to its QUO Card Pay redemption network. The issuer announced the addition on September 24. [S01]

The outlet listing excludes some stores and does not specify a participating-store count. QUO also states that the digital gift cannot be used for payments on shopping websites. The addition therefore concerns eligible physical outlets, rather than all purchases associated with the shopping destination. [S02]

QUO Card Pay is a digitally delivered gift that can be sent by email or social messaging. Its merchant network differs from the network accepting physical QUO cards. The new location gives recipients an additional place to spend eligible digital balances, subject to the individual store restrictions.
