Sendoso has brought training and support resources into its gifting platform through the Learning Hub, tailoring the content to a user's role, plan and time on the service. A July 22, 2026 announcement explains the approach; the hub also appears in the company's June release notes. [S01] [S02]

The change addresses a practical problem in business gifting: adding a tool to a sales or marketing team does not ensure that employees know how to use it. Education previously spread across course pages, support documentation and webinar registrations is now easier to reach from the product's navigation.

Sendoso says responses from more than 300 users informed the design. Among those respondents, 71% did not know about its existing Sendoso University learning portal. The figure describes that feedback exercise, not a representative measure of the corporate gifting market; the announcement does not supply fieldwork dates or sampling details. [S01]

Adoption is the immediate objective

June release notes describe the Learning Hub as available across Sendoso plans, with content adapting to the account and role. That makes the July article a fuller explanation of an existing release rather than evidence that access began on July 22. [S02]

The next developments described in the announcement include short embedded courses, improved search and an Education Agent to recommend training. Those are roadmap items. For customers evaluating the change, the immediate question is whether the relevant guidance appears at the moment a sender or administrator needs it, without requiring another learning-system login.
