Its regional calendar includes UAE National Day on December 2, Bahrain National Day on December 16 and Qatar National Day on December 18. Suggested rewards provide access to local dining, shopping and leisure brands so employees can choose how to mark the event.

For International Volunteer Day on December 5, the company proposes recognizing participation in community activities with a HappyYOU Thank You Card. A lighter shared-treat occasion earlier in the month is paired with café or bakery rewards.

For Christmas, YOUGotaGift highlights the HappyYOU Festive Card and the ability to include messages, photographs or videos. Its New Year’s Eve recommendations similarly leave the choice of a meal, experience or purchase with the recipient.

The company said its wider HappyYOU offering covered more than 1,000 brands across the region at the time. It also suggested workplace group gifting as a way for colleagues to combine contributions for one recipient.
