YOUGotaGift added order summaries, purchase-history reporting and an occasion reminder to the YOUReward dashboard on December 4, 2024. The update brought information used to administer employee gift card rewards into the main account view.

A dashboard widget displayed purchase history and order summaries, with a chart of spending and fulfilled orders. The company said this gave users an overview without opening individual historical orders.

The occasion reminder appeared at the top of the dashboard and highlighted holidays and other dates relevant to employee recognition. YOUGotaGift linked it to planning timely digital gift card rewards.

The update also introduced a Quick Reads area for articles, guides and company news. A separate help section provided narrated video tutorials in English and Arabic on using the platform.

The announcement described changes to an existing reward management interface. It did not disclose adoption figures or measured reductions in ordering time following the redesign.
