WOGI acquired UNIQGIFT, a Singapore provider of reward programmes for customers, employees and business partners. The company said the transaction completed in late May 2025.
UNIQGIFT chief executive Gregory Imbert joined WOGI as chief operating officer. His responsibilities include partnerships, product development and operations across the markets served by the combined business.
WOGI described the acquisition as part of its plan to deepen merchant relationships and extend its enterprise customer reach in Asia. It highlighted local activity in markets including Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam.
The transaction brings UNIQGIFT’s programme experience into a business supplying digital gift cards and other incentives. WOGI said the combination would support larger customer programmes and its wider international development.
The announcement did not disclose a purchase price. Its description of the expected benefits reflects WOGI’s plans for the integration, rather than completed results from a long post-acquisition period.
