All Digital Rewards described the fulfilment and integration options available to businesses assembling gift card and prepaid incentive programs in a guide published in March 2025. The offering spanned employee recognition, customer acquisition, loyalty, wellness and other business reward uses.
ADR listed both virtual and physical prepaid cards, with standard, partially customized and fully customized designs. The program options it described included open- and closed-loop products, reloadable cards and merchant-restricted uses. Physical fulfilment could also include different card carriers and inserts.
For retailer rewards, the provider said it offered digital and physical gift cards from more than 300 brands. It presented these alongside Visa- and Mastercard-branded prepaid options, allowing buyers to select between specific merchant rewards and wider recipient spending choice.
Branding could appear on the card or reward experience through company artwork, logos and messages. ADR described physical cards delivered at events or through mailers as well as digital distribution, giving operators different fulfilment choices according to how a campaign reached its participants.
The company's EzeConnect reward API was identified as the integration route for organizations connecting reward delivery with an existing CRM or other program workflow. The guide also named its EZEPIC gift card mall and STACK software applications as parts of the supporting offer.
Beyond the catalog itself, ADR encouraged buyers to assess recipient activation, distribution, customization, security and support. The company argued that those services determined whether participants could use a reward easily and whether administrators could manage it effectively. The guide was an explanation of product and service options rather than an announcement of a new API release.
