All Digital Rewards set out digital reward options for channel partner programs in April 2021, emphasizing the time between qualification and receipt. The provider contrasted virtual delivery with merchandise, physical prepaid cards and checks that needed to be mailed.

The catalog described included retailer gift cards, virtual Visa prepaid rewards and other digital products, such as subscriptions and online learning. ADR said it offered more than 300 gift card brands and recommended matching the selection to the demographics of each program.

The company also discussed the software required to support sales overlays, bonuses, referrals and other promotions. Reward supply needed to be connected with rules, participant access and administration, rather than treated as a separate purchase at the end of a campaign.

ADR described integration with existing CRM systems and a single-sign-on experience. Where that approach was unsuitable, it said the RewardSTACK application could operate separately.

The guidance positioned delivery speed, reward choice and system fit as joint considerations for channel managers. It did not provide a measured comparison of partner performance before and after adopting digital rewards; the benefits described were the provider’s rationale for the approach.
