Kiva Logic has added controls for seasonal gift-card offers and repaired two interruptions affecting gift purchases in its delivery commerce software.
The company's September changelog [S01] records a new Holiday Features page on September 4. Merchants can use it to view and manage seasonal gift-card promotions, while a page-builder block displays active offers automatically.
Two later corrections address customers getting through checkout. A September 18 change fixes a signup problem that could block gift-certificate orders requiring no card payment. On September 24, Kiva Logic fixed a login problem that sent customers away from checkout after they signed in to purchase a gift card.
The company's gifting product page [S02] describes existing support for dollar-value cards alongside gifts of physical delivery boxes. Its promotion engine can apply percentage discounts or add bonus value, and certificates can be supplied as printable PDFs with selectable images. Buyers and recipients can also view their sent and received gifts within their accounts.
The September changes therefore cover both displaying an offer and completing a purchase. Kiva Logic has not disclosed how many stores or orders encountered the checkout problems, or quantified any resulting sales impact. Its changelog identifies the dates of the changes but gives no merchant-specific deployment schedule.
