Member Access Processing named Dan Ruppe senior vice president of product services in an announcement dated February 13, 2023. The release is displayed on a MAP archive page dated February 13, 2024, and describes Ruppe reporting to Chief Executive Cyndie Martini.

His responsibilities cover MAP's suite of payment services, including management of third-party products supplied by external providers. The role places product development and partner offerings within the same leadership remit.

MAP said Ruppe brought more than three decades of card-payments experience. His work had included account and service management, systems quality assurance, business analysis, compliance, sales and product management.

The announcement lists PaySys International, Hogan Systems and PSCU among his previous companies. It also cites experience with the combined businesses of the Honor and Star debit and ATM networks and First Data.

MAP's business serves credit unions through the Visa Debit Processing Service platform. Its wider product range includes debit, credit, ATM, mobile, reloadable prepaid and gift card programs. Martini linked the appointment with expanding and developing those product services.
