Member Access Processing appointed Jay McCracken senior vice president of sales, placing him in charge of new business development and commercial relationships for its credit union payments offering. MAP posted the announcement on May 5, 2023; the release itself is dated May 3, 2023.

Reporting to Chief Executive Cyndie Martini, McCracken's remit covers sales, relationship management, channel relationships and consulting partnerships. The appointment brings those functions together as MAP develops its business with credit unions.

MAP said McCracken had more than thirty years of experience in payments and financial technology sales, relationship management and account management. Most recently, he worked in the credit union division of Fidelity Information Services, or FIS.

At FIS, he managed relationship-management teams responsible for cross-selling, contract extensions and strategic account management with existing clients. His earlier employers included First Data and Worldpay.

MAP aggregates access to the Visa Debit Processing Service platform for credit unions. Its portfolio includes debit, credit, ATM, mobile, reloadable prepaid and gift card services, with training and support for institutions using those programs.
