NeoCurrency introduced a Universal Currency Dashboard and related API on February 10, 2026, aiming to reduce the account-management work involved in international rewards.

The company said customers can add funds in US dollars, Canadian dollars, pounds sterling, euros or Australian dollars. They can then order rewards in other supported currencies while the platform performs the conversion.

This replaces the need to maintain and repeatedly fund separate currency accounts for the same programme, according to NeoCurrency. The company described real-time delivery after an order is placed.

Chief executive Geoff Miller cited international market research as one use case: a research business may need to compensate participants in several countries with locally useful gift cards or other rewards.

The dashboard and API serve the same wider goal of coordinating global reward orders through one account. NeoCurrency framed the release as an extension of its digital incentive platform, established in 2016, rather than a standalone consumer currency-exchange service.
