Rellevate has joined the UKG Technology Partner Network to connect its earned wage access service with UKG workforce systems. The December 7, 2020 announcement covers UKG Dimensions and UKG Ready.

Rellevate's Pay Any-Day uses actual hours worked in those systems to determine eligible wages that employees can access before their scheduled payday. The provider said the service and its Digital Account could be offered without an expense to the employer.

The Digital Account described in the announcement included a Visa debit card, bill payment and money sending. Rellevate also listed gift and incentive cards within its wider financial-services offering for employers and their workforces.

UKG Dimensions was described as a cloud-based workforce-management product, while UKG Ready combined HR, talent, payroll and time functions for smaller HR teams. The partnership places Rellevate within the network of providers extending those systems.

Rellevate co-founder and chief executive Stewart Stockdale said the arrangement would give joint customers access to the company's financial-wellness products. Mike May, then senior director of the UKG Technology Partner Network, emphasized UKG's support for external product extensions.

UKG had been formed earlier in 2020 through the merger of Ultimate Software and Kronos. Dimensions and Ready were formerly known as Workforce Dimensions and Kronos Workforce Ready, respectively, as identified in the partnership announcement.
