All Digital Rewards compared several employee incentive formats in July 2021, as employers were seeking ways to attract and retain workers. The provider described points programs, sweepstakes and instant-win activities as different ways to organize recognition.
In a points model, employees earned a balance for defined actions and redeemed it for rewards such as gift cards, prepaid cards, travel or merchandise. Program rules determined the qualifying behaviour and the reward options available.
Sweepstakes and instant-win formats introduced a different experience. ADR discussed mobile scratch-card and spin-style interactions as examples of immediate feedback, while positioning prize draws as a way to generate interest in participation.
The company advised choosing a format according to organizational goals rather than assuming one mechanism would suit every workforce. It also emphasized the need for reward administration software and operational expertise behind the participant-facing activity.
ADR described its STACK software as the supporting platform for tailored, branded employee programs. The guide focused on the available structures and their intended role in engagement, with the employer defining the audience and the outcomes it wanted to encourage.
