WOGI has introduced a native Salesforce integration for teams distributing digital rewards across Asia Pacific. In a May 29, 2026 product announcement, the Singapore-based company described a workflow that starts inside a Salesforce lead or contact record and loads reward choices according to the recipient’s country. [S01]

From a customer record to a reward

Users select a reward and arrange email or SMS delivery, with delivery status visible in Salesforce. WOGI describes support for country-level configuration, role-based permissions and reporting. It says the integration reaches up to 50 countries and more than 8,000 reward options, with local-currency matching. These are company-reported coverage figures, not a guarantee that every option is available in every market. [S01]

The integration addresses a familiar operational gap: a team may know why it wants to thank a customer, yet still have to leave its customer system to arrange the reward. Bringing selection and tracking into the same record can make the action easier to organise. It does not remove the need to decide who qualifies, what value is appropriate and who can authorise spending.

A launch confirmed by company leadership

WOGI chief executive Viktor Atanasov also announced the launch publicly, describing the integration as a way for sales and service teams to issue local rewards from existing customer records. [S02] The product article proposes uses including follow-up after meetings, onboarding and customer feedback.

Those are suggested applications rather than measured results. A reward triggered by a system event still needs a defined business purpose. Programme owners should be able to distinguish a thank-you from an incentive tied to a particular action, and to explain how exceptions and repeat sends are handled.

What is disclosed

WOGI’s announcement does not publish pricing, customer adoption or a before-and-after measure of sales or service performance. [S01] The development establishes a distribution workflow, while its value for an individual business depends on catalogue fit, permissions and the quality of the records that trigger rewards.
