TrueMoney launched a digital gift card in Thailand with WOGI as its rewards technology partner. The companies announced the product on September 16, 2024.

The card is aimed at organisations rewarding customers or recognising employees. It is delivered electronically, giving businesses an alternative to distributing cash or storing physical cards.

According to WOGI’s announcement, the available uses include everyday purchases, food delivery, utilities and online shopping. The company described the product as suitable for marketing campaigns, loyalty programmes and workplace incentives.

WOGI supplies the digital gift card capability behind the launch. The partnership brings that technology into TrueMoney’s service offering for the Thai market.

The companies framed electronic distribution as a way to simplify handling and reduce risks associated with losing physical rewards. These are the product benefits described in the launch announcement.
