All Digital Rewards has opened an additional office in Irvine, California, to support its Southern California client base. The release is dated September 26, 2016, while the company's website published it on January 26, 2017.

The office is located in Oracle Tower on Von Karman Avenue. President and chief executive Kathryn Felke said the expansion would help the company serve California clients and their changing employee-recognition and customer-loyalty requirements.

The company described its services as designing, launching and managing incentive programs for consumers, employees and channel partners. Its technology offering at the time included the STACK reward-management platform and Reward REACH API.

The associated incentive catalog included Visa prepaid products, gift cards, merchandise and digital rewards. These products supported the programs the loyalty agency operated for clients across different industries.

Felke founded All Digital Rewards in 2004. At the time of the office announcement, the company reported reaching more than 150 countries and drew on her experience in loyalty and promotional marketing across hospitality, research, retail, direct sales and automotive markets.
