Diggecard and Toggle are working together to expand corporate distribution of hospitality gift cards. The August 17, 2021 announcement connects Toggle's processing platform with Diggecard's business and agency customers buying rewards, incentives and benefits.

Toggle served more than 300 hospitality partners, including large chains and independent operators, according to the release. Diggecard said the relationship would help those brands reach the B2B market and give corporate buyers a broader choice of local hospitality rewards.

The collaboration also allows Diggecard clients to use Toggle's specialist processing. Azzurri Group, whose brands include Zizzi and ASK Italian, had moved its digital gift card processing to Toggle while retaining Diggecard for corporate sales and fulfillment.

Diggecard said it had managed Azzurri's B2B sales and fulfillment and B2C fulfillment since 2013. Toggle's contribution included hospitality-focused sales promotions and support for selling experiences and retail products.

The partners positioned the arrangement as a way to create commercial opportunities after difficult pandemic trading. The operating model assigns hospitality processing to Toggle and distribution and fulfillment expertise to Diggecard, while making more restaurant and bar brands available to corporate reward programs.
