Diggecard has opened its corporate gift-card channel to a collection of 60 women-built brands through a partnership with Buy Women Built. Announced on September 24 and marked by a London launch event, the programme gives employers and promotional buyers a single gift card whose recipient subsequently chooses a participating brand. The significant change is access to distribution. The participating businesses gain a route into corporate reward budgets through an existing platform, while buyers receive a themed catalogue without having to contract separately with each brand.
One purchasing decision, followed by a recipient's choice
At launch, the card is sold through Diggecard's B2B channel for rewards, incentives, benefits and promotional campaigns. Recipients exchange it on a dedicated redemption website. The announcement describes a tailored version of the supplier's Gift Card Marketplace and DiggeChoice products, with issuing, catalogue management and the redemption experience handled through the programme. DiggeChoice already operates as an exchange-based product: a recipient receives a multi-choice card and converts it into a selected digital gift card. Diggecard's product documentation describes customisable brand portfolios, branded versions and delivery by email or text message. These are capabilities of the underlying product, rather than confirmation that every option is included in this particular partnership. [S02]
That distinction matters. The launch establishes a way to select a participating brand. It does not establish that the original BWB card can be presented directly at every retailer's checkout or that every feature of DiggeChoice is enabled.
