InComm Payments has acquired The Card Network, an Australian provider of multi-brand gift cards. Announced on October 26, 2022, the transaction brings TCN’s consumer and business gifting products into InComm’s international distribution operation.

TCN was founded in 2019 by Nick Sims and Richard Hewitt. Its cards group multiple retailers around themes, allowing the recipient to choose among participating brands instead of being limited to a single merchant. Examples include a sports-oriented Active Card and a Home Card covering homewares.
