VEXiON cards, a Slovak provider of gift-card and loyalty-card software, selected Igor Rattaj’s €100,000 offer for a 20% stake during an episode of Jama levova broadcast on October 1. The company’s account describes an agreement on the television show, with the subsequent investment status undisclosed. [S01][S02]

Founder Jakub Pitoňák said in an October 6 retrospective that VEXiON initially sought €50,000 for 20%. The highest final offer reached €125,000 for the same stake. He and his co-founder chose Rattaj because they valued prospective access to operating businesses, including the chance to win TMR as a customer. [S01]

VEXiON said it could not comment on developments since filming. Its account therefore does not establish that financing has closed or that TMR has become a customer. The selected offer was twice the original cash request, while leaving the proposed ownership percentage unchanged. [S01]

Gift cards alongside loyalty programmes

The platform’s current gift-card product supports prepaid balances in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, as well as printed cards. Digital and physical versions share a balance. Merchants can sell cards at the counter or through an online link, choose preset values and add bonus credit. Customers can receive a card in their wallet or by email as a gift. [S03]

Online proceeds settle directly into the merchant’s own Stripe account. VEXiON’s published terms identify the named merchant as the seller and issuer responsible for voucher value and redemption; the platform provides the technical purchase, payment and delivery service. Those terms took effect on September 27 and provide context for the business model. [S04]

The product page lists a 2% platform fee for online sales, additional to Stripe processing charges, and places online sales within its PRO plan. Printed cards begin without value and are loaded when staff scan them at purchase. The recipient can subsequently add the same card to a mobile wallet. [S03]

The current PRO tariff also shows how the merchant subscription scales across branches. Its October 18 pricing FAQ lists a regular first-location rate of €45 per month, with lower marginal rates for additional locations. These are standard per-location bands, excluding VAT and separate sales-processing charges. A temporary half-price promotion appears separately on the current page; neither that promotion nor this observation establishes the tariff in force when the television episode aired. [S05]
