Virtual Incentives and Alida have completed an integration that brings reward fulfillment into Alida's Sparq insights platform. The announcement carries an August 1, 2020 dateline and was published on the Virtual Incentives website on October 15, 2020.

Virtual Incentives' reward platform is incorporated into the Sparq App Center. Customers can use it to deliver virtual gift cards automatically when insight-community members take part in activities such as surveys.

The providers said brands could customize the reward options for their audiences. Alida product president Riaz Raihan described the integration as a way to offer participants relevant incentive choices across markets, while Virtual Incentives commercial chief Jonathan Price highlighted the combination of research and payment workflows.

Virtual Incentives reported serving more than 1,000 clients through over 55 channel partners at the time. Its fulfillment offering included virtual Visa products and electronic gift cards from more than 350 global brands, supported by an open API for connecting reward programs.

Alida, formerly Vision Critical, provides customer-experience and insights software. Bringing reward fulfillment into its community platform connects participant activity with payment administration for brands conducting ongoing customer research.
