SIXPAC introduced a gift-card module on September 29, 2026, connecting merchant-branded cards with sales, redemption, refunds and balance reporting in its Business Portal. Businesses can upload their own artwork and customize card layouts. The launch disclosure specifies workflow capabilities but provides no merchant adoption, issued-value or redemption figures. [1]

The merchant workflow sits within a separately priced software platform

As reviewed on October 19, SIXPAC's public software plans cost $36 per month for CORE, $72 for CORE+ and $144 for CORE MAX. The pricing page says every plan includes the full SIXPAC system with unlimited customers and team members, while onboarding and support differ. These are current platform subscription prices, not proof of the price at the September launch or a standalone fee for issuing a gift card. [4]

Current public software prices, not the September 29 launch price, a standalone gift-card fee or the total merchant cost. Payment processing is priced separately; optional modules may have additional terms. No adoption, issued value, outstanding liability or programme savings is inferred.

CORE lists guided onboarding of up to three hours and email or ticket support. CORE+ adds a dedicated onboarding specialist, 90-day implementation support and phone or chat support; CORE MAX adds an account manager, quarterly reviews and unlimited phone or video support. Payment processing is presented separately, including a $5 monthly option and quoted pass-through pricing above interchange, with final rates subject to setup, volume and underwriting. A subscription comparison therefore does not establish a merchant's complete cost. [4]

The gift-card release supports sales through Virtual Terminal and MyStore, with redemption through Virtual Terminal, for MyStore services and against invoices. Scheduled events, services and spaces require the card to cover the whole price. The release also supports refunds when a gift card funded all or part of the original payment, customer access through portals and card visibility in business customer records. [1]

Separate Gift Card and Gift Card Liability reports provide activity and outstanding-balance views. An October 6 update corrected SMS links and delayed sending and added SMS or email claim-link sending from the Order Report. Multiple links remain valid until a card is claimed; claiming it disables the other links. These are documented features, not a measured reduction in unclaimed cards or reporting errors. [1] [2]

Florida company Six Pac OTG, LLC operates the platform. Its business terms, marked updated October 18, 2026, distinguish its software and sales-support role from third-party payment processing and identify the business user as merchant of record. They state that activating an optional module may bring additional terms and assign responsibility for gift-card configuration and legal compliance to the merchant. The document also provides for notice before amended terms take effect; its update date alone does not establish that every existing merchant was already governed by the revision. [3]

The new module places stored value within the same scheduling, membership, checkout and customer-record environment. That can make card activity easier to administer, but the launch notes leave denominations, card-specific fees, expiry settings and adoption undisclosed. The current software schedule helps price access to the surrounding system; merchant agreements and programme configuration are still needed to establish the economics of an actual gift-card deployment.
