Corporate orders were a stronger source of growth than the overall gift-card business in Todo InComm's account of Brazil's 2026 Father's Day campaign. The operator reported a 43% year-on-year increase in sales volume for July 31 to August 9, alongside a 55% rise in card units. Its B2B sales grew 68% over the same comparison. [S1]

The August 13 disclosure offers a view of seasonal demand through one provider's operations. It does not establish a growth rate for Brazil's entire gift-card market: Todo provides neither an absolute sales total nor a consistent-store or customer-cohort comparison.

Corporate purchasing leads the reported mix

The reported B2B sales increase of 68% exceeded the 43% overall sales-volume increase and the 13% increase in physical-store sales. Card units grew 55% across the operation. These measurements describe different aspects of the same short campaign; the release does not disclose the monetary value of each group. [S1]

The data behind the story

Growth in Todo’s Father’s Day campaign

Company-reported changes for July 31 to August 9, 2026, against the corresponding 2025 period. Each bar has its own stated metric and comparison base.

These are growth rates, not shares of sales. Todo provides no absolute totals, store-cohort control or audit. The sales-volume definition is not detailed. The card-unit observation counts cards and must not be read as monetary value.

Todo attributes 70% of total transaction volume to B2B activity. It separately assigns 11% of transactions to e-commerce and 23% to physical stores, while reporting 13% sales growth for the physical channel. [S1]

Those shares add to 104%, and the source moves between sales-volume and transaction terminology. It does not explain whether the categories overlap or use different denominators. They cannot be treated as a complete, mutually exclusive channel split.

The distinction matters commercially. A corporate buyer can purchase cards for many individual recipients, so business orders and retail consumer purchases can have different average values and distribution patterns. The release does not disclose enough detail to quantify those differences or identify how much growth came from new customers.

Todo operates technology for retailers' physical and digital gift-card programs. Its current product description includes point-of-sale and e-commerce integration, online and in-store redemption, reconciliation and corporate sales support. These services connect the organization buying prepaid value with the retailer and the person who ultimately spends it. [S2]

Zift's results cover a different campaign

The company reports a separate set of figures for Zift Card, its multi-brand gift product. For July 1 to August 9, it says card issuance increased 37% and gross merchandise volume rose 89% year on year. It also reports 55% growth in physical-store sales and 136% through its partner channel. [S1]

The data behind the story

Zift’s longer Father’s Day campaign

Company-reported changes for July 1 to August 9, 2026, against the corresponding 2025 campaign. These observations cover Zift Card, not the shorter overall Todo campaign.

Metrics have different denominators. The source gives no absolute values, partner-channel scope or statistical uncertainty. GMV is transaction activity, not operator revenue. The rates cannot be added, treated as a channel mix or combined with the July 31 to August 9 campaign.

CategoryReported year-on-year change

Physical-store sales55%
Partner-channel sales136%
Gross merchandise volume89%

That longer period and different product coverage prevent adding the Zift figures to the overall campaign results. Gross merchandise volume also measures activity, not Todo's own revenue or profit.

Zift allows recipients to choose among participating brands and use a balance more than once and across more than one brand, according to its product site checked on October 19. An employer can therefore offer one gift format while leaving the final brand choice to the recipient. The campaign results do not establish later redemption rates, unused balances or incremental spending at merchants. [S3]

For retailers and corporate reward buyers, the disclosure points to substantial activity around a defined gifting occasion and to faster growth in Todo's corporate business. It does not demonstrate that every sales channel benefited equally or that the same pace will continue.

These Father's Day figures are distinct from Todo's later report on Zift's January-August physical-store sales. The period and product definition must stay attached to each percentage when comparing the company's results.
