All Digital Rewards outlined bulk gift card fulfilment for channel sales incentives in July 2025, focusing on manufacturers, distributors and vendors managing multiple partner groups. The guide linked approved sales claims with reward delivery and program reporting.

The workflow described began with an approved recipient list or a connection to a CRM or partner portal. Operators selected prepaid cards, merchant rewards or a reward marketplace, set amounts, and arranged branded digital distribution. Campaign milestones and performance tiers could determine when and how much each participant received.

ADR recommended tools supporting product- and geography-specific rules, individual or team tracking, localized reward choices and dashboards. These were intended to handle concurrent incentives across dealers, resellers and other channel participants.

In an unnamed building-materials manufacturer case, ADR said participation increased from 45% to 78% after it replaced slow manual fulfilment with digital rewards issued following claim validation. It also reported a 20% rise in featured-product sales against the previous quarter. The article did not identify the manufacturer or establish how much of that change was caused by the rewards process alone.

The company also highlighted reconciliation by campaign, partner and territory, together with permissions for regional teams. Tools for undelivered rewards and unused budgets were presented as provider-selection considerations, with any expiry or reissue treatment dependent on the program’s configured terms.
