AllStar has set out how the amount of employee choice changes the sourcing and fulfillment work behind a holiday gift program.
In an August 22, 2022 article, the company compared a single selected item with a choice of two to nine products and a larger selection of ten or more. A uniform gift was described as simpler to customize, but it requires a committed quantity and a decision on workplace distribution or individual delivery.
