Bike O & Company will replace its motorcycle-linked shareholder discount vouchers with exchangeable digital gifts through Digico, following an October 14 board decision. The new awards offer broader redemption choices, but also raise the minimum qualifying holding from 100 shares to 500. [S01]

The first qualifying record is November 30, 2026. The company plans to distribute the awards after its ordinary shareholders’ meeting; the disclosure does not give that meeting date.
