Booking Resort added DOG VILLA Izu Yusen to the facilities accepting its shareholder lodging vouchers in a September 30, 2026 disclosure. The notice opens the shareholder booking route from September 30 and makes accommodation from November 1 eligible. The property’s website separately describes an October grand opening; that does not bring forward the voucher-use date. [S01][S03]
Five existing award bands meet a separate property-level redemption cap
The current issuer schedule awards JPY 10,000, JPY 40,000, JPY 60,000, JPY 80,000 or JPY 160,000 in lodging vouchers according to shareholding. Each note has a JPY 10,000 face value, giving one, four, six, eight or sixteen notes respectively. These are the programme’s existing awards as reviewed on October 19, not increases announced with the Izu acceptance extension. [S02]

Eligibility is tied to the April 30 shareholder register and ordinarily requires at least one year of continuous holding. The issuer waives that holding-period requirement only for the first April 30, 2026 cohort. Its current page schedules mailing from mid-July to early August. Holders of at least 1,000 shares are also eligible for a separate free-stay drawing; a possible prize is not added to the guaranteed voucher value in the chart. [S02]
The monetary redemption ceiling at Izu remains ambiguous for multi-night bookings. The September 30 disclosure says up to JPY 20,000 per night in the new-property details, but its own facility-category list says up to JPY 20,000 per stay. The current general programme page also uses the per-stay formulation. Both formulations equal two JPY 10,000 notes for their stated unit, but the sources do not establish whether a longer stay permits more than two notes in total. The larger annual awards therefore cannot be treated as fully redeemable against a single Izu booking. [S01][S02]
The voucher must be used through the dedicated shareholder plan, accessed with the password printed on the note. Intended use must be declared when booking, and the original note must be presented at booking or check-in. The valid accommodation period is printed on the voucher. Cash exchange, change and resale are prohibited; combination with other discounts or campaigns is excluded unless the company permits it. [S02]
Other participating properties are in an uncapped category that permits available vouchers to cover the accommodation charge without a note-count ceiling. Izu is in the capped category and belongs to Booking Resort’s facility-regeneration and resale business. The issuer presents shareholder visits as a way to deepen familiarity with its operations and support long-term engagement, but provides no recipient count, Izu redemption total or measured sales contribution. Kabutan’s September 30 report and Kabuyutai.com separately report the venue addition without resolving the per-night versus per-stay discrepancy. [S01][S02][S04][S05]
