Hikari Food Service has expanded its existing electronic dining-voucher benefit with a long-hold bonus and a lower entry tier following a share split. Its October 14 disclosure introduces the changes in two stages, beginning with the November 30, 2026 shareholder record. [S01]

The first change adds JPY1,000 to each twice-yearly award for qualifying holders of at least 100 shares who meet the one-year holding requirement. That is JPY2,000 across two awards, rather than a JPY2,000 bonus at each record.

Post-split award values and existing redemption

A one-to-two share split takes effect December 1. From the May 31, 2027 record, a new 100-199 post-split-share tier, equivalent to 50-99 shares before the split, receives JPY2,500 of electronic dining vouchers per award. The new lower tier does not apply to the November 2026 record. [S01]
