Take and Give Needs, known as T&G Needs, has decided to introduce a Premium Yutaiclub shareholder reward programme, with annual points redeemable for goods, experiences and electronic-money options. The September 29 board decision sets the first qualifying record at December 31, 2026. [S01]

The programme requires at least 700 shares. Its catalogue and member website are planned for February 2027, with guidance due in mid-February; the announcement does not establish a redemption portal already operating in September.

The issuer describes one point as approximately JPY1. The planned catalogue contains more than 5,000 goods and experience choices, including electronic money. It does not identify specific branded gift-card selections or establish a cash-withdrawal option. [S01]

Eligible points can also convert to WILLsCoin, allowing pooling with qualifying awards from other participating issuers and broader portal redemptions, including accommodation tickets.

The first award has no stated minimum holding duration beyond the qualifying record. Carryover is different: it is allowed once only when the same shareholder number appears at two consecutive December records and at least 700 shares are continuously held. A number change can cause points to lapse. [S01]

Telephone applications will be available for holders unable to register online, with a restricted selection. That access route does not mean every catalogue item will be available by telephone.

T&G Needs says member registration will support shareholder information and dialogue as well as its investor-base objectives. Those are intended benefits; the disclosure gives no provider fee, redemption result or measured return on the programme.
