Terryberry has integrated Amazon Business into its Employee Recognition Platform, adding Amazon merchandise to the rewards employees can choose with recognition points. The company announced the integration on April 22, 2025.
Employees earn points when their work is recognized and can redeem those points for products including electronics and household goods. Terryberry said the integration gives participating organizations access to millions of items, expanding the merchandise choices available inside their recognition programs.
The company described the pricing arrangement as having no markup on the reward products. It also said the service uses Amazon's shipping and fulfillment network for deliveries across the United States. Program administrators can track spending through Terryberry's reporting tools.
The Amazon Business catalog sits alongside Terryberry's existing recognition functions. These include peer recognition, custom awards and branded company merchandise, manager dashboards, messaging support, surveys and wellness programs. The announcement presents Amazon Business as an additional merchandise-redemption option within that platform.
Terryberry reported serving more than 40,000 clients in over 150 countries at the time of the release. That company-wide footprint is broader than the United States fulfillment coverage specified for the Amazon Business integration.
