Terryberry has described how law firms can configure employee engagement programs around different roles, reporting structures and workplace pressures. The starting point is to identify the issue affecting a particular group rather than assuming that all partners, associates, paralegals and support staff have the same needs. Terryberry describes survey results that administrators can examine by department, seniority, tenure or other cohorts, including measures of belonging, leadership, equity, purpose, empowerment and well-being.
For recognition, the company says firms can configure nomination reasons, approval workflows and manager budgets. Programs can acknowledge service milestones, client feedback, collaboration or other defined contributions. The examples are configurable scenarios, not reported outcomes from a named law firm.
Terryberry distinguishes points from recognition levels. Points can accumulate from multiple contributions and be exchanged for rewards, while levels give access to an award tier with a specified value. Manager dashboards show allocated, used and remaining points alongside recognition activity.
