TKP’s September 25, 2026 notice changed voucher acceptance after two venue conversions: the restaurant replacing Washokudokoro Ise remains eligible, while the former SHONIN PARK SHOP, now Gacha PARK Beppu, is excluded. TKP subsequently confirmed that the new Nagoya restaurant, Chanko Kokonoe, opened on October 16. [S01][S03]
The acceptance change applies to a tiered monetary award
TKP’s 2026 shareholder-benefit schedule gives eligible holders between JPY10,000 and JPY200,000 in face value, depending on their shareholding. Every tier contains ten JPY1,000 notes; higher tiers add JPY10,000 notes. Eligibility is based on at least 100 shares recorded at the end of February, with vouchers sent alongside the May shareholder-meeting notice. [S02]
TKP’s 2026 voucher face value by shareholding
Amounts are calculated from the issuer’s actual JPY1,000 and JPY10,000 note allocations in each shareholding tier.

All tiers contain ten JPY1,000 notes; additional JPY10,000 notes number 0, 2, 4, 9 and 19 respectively. Face value is not cash, market value, investment yield or a newly increased award. The September notice changes eligible venues, not these award amounts.

Washokudokoro Ise closed on September 18 and was replaced by Chanko Kokonoe on October 16. Both TKP’s opening release and Sakae Keizai Shimbun’s October 19 report confirm the opening; lunch service was still described as planned for November. For shareholder-voucher use, TKP requires a telephone reservation and restricts payment to dedicated voucher courses and drinks. General menu prices do not establish the price or eligibility of those special courses. [S01][S03][S04][S05]
SHONIN PARK SHOP had already changed to Gacha PARK Beppu on August 27. The September notice removes that converted shop from acceptance and says its former souvenir merchandise remains available at the ISHINOYA Beppu front shop. The two conversions therefore have different outcomes even though both sit within TKP’s wider facilities business. [S01]
The current vouchers are valid from June 1, 2026 through February 28, 2027. Holders sign the reverse and hand over the physical notes at settlement; multiple notes may be used together. No change, cash exchange, resale, transfer or replacement for lost or stolen notes is allowed. The venue notice does not extend the expiry date. [S02]
General booking rules require the facility’s official website or direct telephone channel, with each property’s additional conditions taking precedence. Third-party travel or dining bookings are excluded, and accommodation bookings made online must use payment at the property. Vouchers cannot pay cancellation charges or be combined with other campaigns or coupons. TKP also warns that January and February reservations can be difficult because facilities fill up. [S01][S02]
The issuer does not quantify the number or face value of vouchers whose use will shift between venues. The award schedule establishes the monetary entitlements held by different shareholder groups; it does not measure redemption, lost acceptance value or the restaurant’s incremental revenue. [S01][S02]
