Yoyo has brought Hailr's games and surveys into its rewards platform, allowing brands to connect interactive campaigns with voucher delivery through an ongoing integration. Announced on August 24, 2026, the change replaces campaign-by-campaign connections with functionality built into Yoyo Rewards. [S1]
The companies already worked together before the announcement. Yoyo says they had delivered hundreds of campaigns; the new development is the integration of Hailr's engagement tools into the platform, rather than the first use of vouchers in their joint work. [S1]
From customer activity to a redeemable reward
Hailr builds branded experiences around games, surveys and rewards. Its current service includes managed campaigns with several activities and shorter campaigns built around a single customer journey. Those tools give brands ways to award an incentive for participation, as well as for a purchase. [S3]
Yoyo supplies the reward infrastructure. Its wiCode service supports gift cards that can be spent across multiple redemptions, fixed-value vouchers and discount vouchers, with redemption online or in stores. Its published product description also includes settlement, reconciliation and reporting on issuance and use. [S2]
That distinction matters for campaign buyers: the game is the engagement mechanism, while the voucher or gift balance carries the benefit. The integration connects those functions. It does not make every reward a cash-equivalent gift card, since Yoyo supports several different voucher formats.
Less campaign administration, with terms still undisclosed
According to Yoyo, the connection removes manual CSV file exchanges and repeated technical onboarding for subsequent campaigns. The company also says unclaimed voucher flows are recycled automatically. [S1]
The announcement does not explain the accounting treatment, timing or contractual conditions of that recycling. It should therefore not be read as a promise that every unused customer balance expires, returns to a sponsor or becomes available for another campaign.
For brands running recurring promotions, the immediate operational change is a reusable connection between the activity that earns a reward and the system that distributes it. That may reduce handoffs between campaign and fulfilment teams, but the partners have not published a measured saving in setup time or administration costs.
Pricing, contractual commitments and a list of customers using the newly integrated service were not disclosed. The announcement establishes a change in how the two platforms work together, while leaving campaign economics to the terms agreed with individual buyers.
