The Caisse des écoles for Paris’s 18th arrondissement has opened a staff-benefits tender with a EUR160,000 estimated gift-voucher lot, alongside separate meal and cinema benefits. The notice was issued October 6 and published October 7, 2026. [S01]

Gift vouchers form the largest of three separate lots

The gift-voucher lot accounts for EUR160,000 of the published whole-lot estimates, compared with EUR140,000 for digital meal vouchers and EUR60,000 for cinema tickets and e-tickets. Each has a planned four-year duration from January 1, 2027. These are distinct benefit purchases, so the EUR360,000 overall procurement ceiling is not entirely gift-card business. [S01]

The same notice states annual amounts of EUR40,000 for gift vouchers, EUR35,000 for meal vouchers and EUR15,000 for cinema. Each lot is a framework with one supplier, no minimum and a maximum, with orders placed as required. The values describe purchasing capacity rather than a guaranteed amount of supplier revenue or benefits already distributed. [S01]

CDE18 is procuring issuance, supply, management and monitoring. Bidders may compete for one or several lots, with a separate agreement for each awarded lot. Winning gift vouchers would therefore not automatically confer the meal or cinema contracts. Offers are due November 20 at noon; the notice names no selected supplier or completed issuance and redemption. [S01]
