Motivosity has been named among the Utah 100 honorees selected by MountainWest Capital Network, the employee recognition and rewards company announced on September 17. Its final ranking is due to be disclosed at the awards event on November 13. [S01]

What the growth credentials establish

The programme recognizes Utah companies using a weighted measure of percentage and dollar revenue growth over five years, according to Motivosity's release. The company did not disclose its revenue, growth rate or position within the list.

A separate national ranking provides a disclosed revenue-growth measure. Inc. places Motivosity at No. 3,284 on its 2026 Inc. 5000 list and reports 90% growth over three years. The award publisher identifies the measurement period as 2022 to 2025 and reports a 130% median for the complete list. Those figures put the operator below the median of this selected growth-company cohort while still recording an increase in revenue. [S03][S04]

Inc. requires qualifying businesses to be U.S.-based, private, independent and for profit, with at least $100,000 in 2022 revenue and $2 million in 2025 revenue. This cross-industry comparison adds scale to the growth credential; it does not provide Motivosity’s revenue total or isolate rewards revenue. The three-year Inc. measure also cannot substitute for Utah 100’s five-year weighted calculation. [S04]

Motivosity operates employee recognition programmes linked to a rewards marketplace that includes digital gift cards. Its corporate recognition therefore concerns an established gift-card distribution operator, rather than a new reward product. [S02]

Founder and chief executive Scott Johnson attributed the company's growth to customers choosing its approach to workplace recognition and connection. The announcement also includes customer engagement and retention claims, but does not provide the methodology needed to assess them.

For the business, inclusion offers an external growth credential as it markets recognition and reward programmes to employers. It does not establish a particular revenue scale, profitability level or gift-card sales volume.

The September announcement confirms honoree status. Describing Motivosity as holding a specific Utah 100 rank would run ahead of the scheduled November disclosure.
